Q: What did it feel like to win the title of Miss Greater Gotham 2009?
 
A: I will never forget the feeling of extreme relief I recieved upon hearing my name called as the new MISS GREATER GOTHAM 2009! I had a TON of supporters that day cheering me on in the audience. I immediately looked over to my mother who is by far my biggest fan and had flown all the way from Floirda just to capture this moment with me. This is my very first year in the Miss America system and I was pleased to know that I had successfully met my goal! My boyfriend had to be the funniest part of the competition. This was his very first pageant but you would have never known it. Everytime I stepped on stage he managed to scream out my entire name out. He told me afterwards that he wanted to make sure that the judges remembered it! Haha. I am proud and so excited about having the amazing opportunity to represent my city on the State level, and look forward to being a great title holder!
